Villa di Ghiaia is situated in the midst of peace and greenery in the gentle hills separating Lucca from the sea, among olive groves and vineyards, in a splendid panoramic position. The extensive property includes the main villa, occupied by the owners, three old farmhouses (Gemelle, Tirasotto and Capanna) and two lovely cottages (Colonica and Il Tiglio). The buildings have been restored with great care using authentic materials to maintain the original architectural features and converted into comfortable holiday homes. The property has an attractive swimming pool (12 x 8 m) which is set in a magnificent landscape. The pool area is equipped with a solarium in antique stones and terracotta tiles and poolside furniture where guests can spend relaxing hours enjoying the splendid panorama. The guests of Colonica and Il Tiglio have their own private pool (each 8 x 4 m). Parking within the grounds next to the houses. Baby bed available on request. The owners of Villa Ghiaia had some brilliant and are therefore offering to their guests the following services: wine or olive oil tasting tour, cultural events, Italian lessons, trips to fashion outlets, general transport or airport shuttle, catering service or kitchen courses. Special itineraries for trekking, horsing, biking have been developed on the wide property (maps available). FREE OF CHARGE: 1 day at the beach (sun-umbrella & 2 deckchairs).
