It is in the 3rd floor (without elevator) and has a nice living-room-cum-kitchen with dining corner and well equipped kitchen, combination of freezer and refrigerator, washing-machine, big fan. Also a bed-sofa for an add person/child. Shower/WC. The flat hast to balconies, both large enough for dining. One of them is to the front of bay/harbour of Marsaxlokk, one to the street-side.
Situation: Marsaxlokk is a picturesque fishing village in the south of the island. One searches hotels in vain here. At the port there are good and economical restaurants however. Purchase possibilities are in direct proximity. On Sundays great market is at the nearby port. Four efficiency apartments are in this house in the local center. The large, equipped roof-terrace with barbeque is available for all guests (steep spiral staircase). The view to the bay over the roofs of Marsaxlokk is beautiful.
